Sandra Baikie

Sandra Baikie is a multidisciplinary artist from Goose Bay, Labrador. Often caught needle in hand with twists and bundles of yarn spilling out from her pockets, she is just as likely to be found arm-deep in clay throwing pots on the wheel. Born to a family of crafters, Baikie has been making since childhood, and is deeply influenced by the designs and materials that she grew up with.

Baikie has recently returned from a year-long exchange to Japan, and is currently studying print, digital media, and photography in her final year of undergraduate studies at Memorial University's Grenfell Campus.
